To redeem your store credit, follow the steps below:

1. Draft an email to [email protected] 

2. Enter the TRANSFER FEE in the subject line.

3. Include a copy of the receipt showing the transfer fee paid.

4. Send the email to our support team!

Once processed, you will be notified of your USAGO store credit.
